We finally have a Parking PLAN! But we need your help.
With 916 homes, 25 acres of greenbelts, and 141 culdesacs, our volunteer board cannot effectively monitor parking according to the rules, nor can we afford to hire anyone to do so. We need homeowner’s eyes and ears to help us educate residents as to what parking is acceptable and what is not. Here you will find an Educational Tool that can be printed and placed on a vehicle parked inappropriately. If, after placing the tool, you feel the board should follow up, you MUST email ACPC@timberlanehoa.org with the following:
A volunteer member of the ACPC committee will monitor the area as they can and, if the car is found parked inappropriately, it will be tagged for tow. PLEASE NOTE – ONLY AN AUTHORIZED BOARD MEMBER CAN ARRANGE FOR TOWING.
It is absolutely critical that this tool not be used in any way to deliberately annoy your neighbors, or their guests. It must be used in strict accordance with the instructions on page one. It is our hope that the educational tool will strongly encourage residents, and their guests, to only park appropriately while in the Timberlane neighborhood. Of course, if it doesn't, we are prepared to act accordingly.
