Q: How much are the homeowners association dues?
A: The homeowners association dues are currently just over $29 per month and are subject to increase annually according to the CCR's.  The homeowners association dues are very reasonable compared to other associations in our area.  Dues are subject to change annually based on the CPI as allowed in the CC&R's of our association.

Q: When must my homeowners association dues be paid by?
A:  You will receive Payment Coupon's from our property management company.  Payments may be made through your banking institution's online bill payer, via ACH debit through Agynbyte, or by mail using the coupons.  Details on these options can be found on the Documents and Forms tab.

A: Your dues cover business, maintenance, and utility expenses for homeowners association.  Business expenses include insurance, payroll, accounting, office expenses, legal fees, and community functions. Maintenance expenses include policy enforcement, janitorial/maintenance supplies, and facility/grounds maintenance.  Utility expenses include neighborhood street lights and electricity/gas/water/sewer/garbage/telephone for the community center and business office.
