***Timberlane has transitioned to a new management company, Agynbyte LLC, effective January 1, 2018. We are excited for this transition and you can learn more about them at www.agynbyte.com. There are some very helpful FAQs on this site. All payments, account statuses, and history is in the process of being transitioned from Windermere to Agynbyte at this time. If you have ACH debit set up through Windermere that has ended effective December 15th. You will receive information in the mail very soon from Agynbyte with more information on the transition and how to access their new online portal that we hope will be very useful and easy to use for all homeowners.
If you have any questions specific for Agynbyte they can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and by phone at (425) 747-0146.
