AnnouncementsPool Volunteers Needed
We are HOPING and expecting that we will be given the operating permit from King County for the Pool to open this upcoming season. What we don’t have is enough funds to cover life guards or staffing for the pool office/restrooms. If you are over 18 and can give an hour (or a few hours) to help cover the pool office please email your information to Chantelle at TimberlaneHOA@wpmsouth.com. Information to include is your name, contact info, and dates/hours you think you can help. Once we have a clearer plan we will contact you to firm up.
The anticipated (TENTATIVE) pool schedule is July 4 – September 2, open Friday, Saturday and Sunday and holidays from 12pm – 6pm. Please note: there may be delays to this plan depending on King County approving the permit and the number of volunteers able to help. Thank you! See our newsletter here in Color!
We have created a "Tree Project" page on this site sharing all the documents received from GRCC and submitted to obtain felling permits as part of our greenbelt stewardship process. Click Here to go directly to that page. Please join us at an upcoming meeting if you have any questions or concerns. Have some stuff to recycle? Enumclaw Recyclers has placed a box in the small parking lot behind the clubhouse for items that might still have some use. Click here to see a list of what the box can take. Do you want to replace your run down mailboxes with a nice Locking Cluster Box....**For Free**? Click Here for more info (please note that you will have to install the box which may incur some expense) ONE BOARD POSITION OPEN: If you would like to serve as a board member please send a letter or email to Tonja Hummel Tonja_Hummel@TimberlaneHOA.org or Linda Caudle Linda_Caudle@TimberlaneHOA.org stating who you are, how long you have lived/owned in Timberlane, and why you believe you would be a good fit as a representative of the Association and Community. We ask all candidates to attend at least two board meetings and one workshop within a four month period, and serve on a committee for two consecutive months to be eligible for appointment. This will help the candidate fully understand the commitment they are interested in making.
Waddlers and Toddlers Mommy and Me group will be meeting EVERY Thursday of every month from 10am - 12pm in the clubhouse. Moms and children ages 0-5 are welcome to attend. If you have questions email Shayla Clark at waddlersntoddlers@gmail.com |

Graffiti Reporting Form - City of Covington Ever wonder if those pretty flowers are considered Noxious Weeds? Check out this page! PLEASE Do Not dump yard waste in the greenbelts. It WILL kill our trees and cause potential hazards to homes!!! It also costs us (from dues) $25/cubic yard to dispose of it! This does not count labor cost!!!Please submit a Citizen Action Request (CAR) to the City for potential code violations or call Brian Bykonen at 253-638-1110 x2272 with questions.
Do you have a Special Skill
that you might be willing to volunteer if needed? Most people don't have time for long-term commitments but might want to help in other ways as needed. Plumbing, painting, electrician, artist, publicist, welding - all skills could be used on occasion. If you have a skill and would like to be on a volunteer call list "just in case" please email us. Graffiti Removal If you have graffiti on your property and would like someone to remove it please consider signing a permission/waiver giving our volunteers permission to clean up the property belonging to you. Please email Chele or Josh (Board members) if you have any questions. |
